1. How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Register" icon at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.
2. Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on sookmarket.com is absolutely free.
3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on sookmarket?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration, anyhow you have to provide your billing/shipping address at the time of check-out, if you are shopping as a guest. If you register and do shopping you can re-use the address when you re-visit sookmarket.com
4. Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact number can only be associated with one sookmarket account. If you want to maintain mulitiple accounts you should have multiple email id’s and mobile numbers.
5. How do I access my account on sookmarket.com?
To access your account information, you can either the "Login" icon at the top right corner of the homepage or scroll down to footer and click on customer info under “My Account” tab. Enter your email and password to login Then you are in "Account" page on Sookmarket contains your account details.
6. How I can change/edit my billing/shipping address details?
To change/edit your billing/shipping address you have to access your account , you can click the "Login" icon at the top right corner of the homepage or scroll down to footer and click on customer info under “My Account” tab. Enter your email and password to login Then you are in “Account" page on Sookmarket. By clicking “Account” icon on top right corner you will displayed your account details, on left hand side of the page. click on “Addresses” under “My Account” tab to change/edit your billing/shipping address .You can update your name, date of birth, mobile number and other demographic details on this page.
7. Can I change my password?
Yes, you are free to change your password anytime you want. To do so,you can click the "Login" icon at the top right corner of the homepage or scroll down to footer and click on customer info under “My Account” tab. Enter your email and password to login Then you are in “Account" page on Sookmarket. By clicking “Account” icon on top right corner you will displayed your account details, on left hand side of the pageclick on “change password” under “My Account” tab to change/edit your old password to new password.
8. I forgot my existing password. What do I do?
If you do not remember the existing password, please "Login" icon at the top right corner of the homepage or scroll down to footer and click on customer info under “My Account”. under “returning customer” and click forget password.
You will be redirected to password recovery page. Enter your registered email id and click recover. Email will be sent to your registered email, click on the link “Click Here” and you will be redirected to password recovery page to change password.
9. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on sookmarket.com using “Cash on delivery”, Visa (or) Debit Card, Internet Banking, Paypal.
10. What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.
11. Where do I enter the coupon code/gift cards?
Once you are done selecting your products, go to your cart before “checkout” left side box is available where you can enter any “Discount Code/ coupon code” “Gift Card” that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.
12. I like a product on your site. How do I buy it?
Add the products you wish to buy to the cart. Once you reach the minimum order amount, you can proceed to check out the cart. You will be asked to fill in the shipping address during your first order. The address will be saved and can be used for future orders also.
13. The product I need is not in stock on your website?
Unfortunately, we run out of stock when it comes to certain products that are in demand or short supply. In such a case, click the "notify me when avilable" button to be informed when the product is restocked and available for purchase on our site.
14. How to remove an item from cart?
To remove an item from your cart, select the check box from “remove” option and click “update shopping cart”, then your cart will be updated.
15. How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
16. Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver the products across the world.
17. When will my order be delivered?
We make every effort to process your order within 3 working days from the day it is placed in all metro cities across india. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.
Once the order is shipped it normally takes 3-4 working days for delivery in major metro cities. Two tier cities delivery may even exceed 4-5 days . For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed. For Abroad locations it normally takes 7 working days however, the delivery may delayed for weekends and holidays .
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
18. Why delivery address ?
If you are paying through Debit/Credit Card and the card is issued from outside India, the country which your Debit/Credit was issued is important in Billing address. You can Order from anywhere, but we can delivery only in India. In this case your Billing address and shipping address will be different.

19. My Debit/Credit card is issued outside India, I am in India now. Shall I pay using my Card?
If your Credit/Debit card that you are going to use for this order is issued outside India, you have to pay through Paypal. Orders to be placed from outside India only. Currently System will not accept Indian IP address for foreign cards. Very soon will be facilitating through CCAvenue.
20. How to buy gift card on sookmarket?
login to your sookmarket account from the top right corner of the screen, select the gift card under “categories” tab from left side of the screen, click add to cart to add gift card, after clicking add to cart it will ask the gift card recipients details.
Give the recipients details to whom you are sending the gift card from sookmarket. after conformation of your payment, following gift code will be sent to the recipient.
21. How do I pay with sookmarket gift card?
Go to sookmarket.com and select the items you want to purchase. Once you are done selecting your products, go to your cart before “checkout” left side box is available where you can enter “Gift Card” that you have. Gift card amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.
22. Does my sookmarket gift card expires?
All Sookmarket Gift Cards expire 6 months from the date of their creation.
23. Can I use Discount coupon when paying with sookmarket gift card?
Yes, you can use discount coupon and gift card at a time.
24. Is there a limit of using gift card per order?
Yes, you can use only 1 gift card per order.
